The Common Application is required for students applying to any or all of KU’s three degree. You’ll be able to choose your campus and program s that you are interested.

You will need :

  • Advertisements are released in a newspaper for admission to Diploma programmes well before the declaration of 10th standard results.
  • Applications are issued to the candidate on payment of the prescribed fee. The applications are issued in the CIT SANDWICH POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE OFFICE and Outstation candidates can apply through Online. The online Application form will be available in www.citspc.edu.in Official Website. As per Government norms application is issued at free of cost to SC/ST candidates on submission of community certificate in the Polytechnic College Office.
  • Last date for submission of application is fixed as seven days from the publication of SSLC results.
  • The applications are scrutinized and a ranklist is prepared based on merit (total marks obtained).
  • DOTE nominate an expert to oversee the admission process.
  • The counseling cum admission dates is finalized in consultation with DOTE nominee.
  • Counseling cum call letters is send to the shortlist candidates informing the Date and Session of counseling and fee to be paid at the time of admission.
  • Counseling cum admission is done following the merit and communal reservation. One parent is permitted to remain with the Candidate during for counseling.
  • Once a candidate is allotted a branch of his/her choice then he/she has to pay the fee immediately and get admitted to the programme.
  • For Aided Courses Government Quota : 90% MQ:10%
    For Self Financing Courses Government Quota:50% MQ:50%
  • Intake, admitted and vacancy seats (Branch wise)-List enclosed
  • Cut off range for different community-List enclosed

Entrance test: Not applicable.

Criteria and weightage for admission Candidates will be called for single window counseling as per the rank order at CIT SANDWICH POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE and seats will be allotted following merit and communal reservation.

The call letter for counselling will be sent to the individual eligible candidates and the details of counselling schedule will be also made available in CIT SANDWICH POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE
